After nearly 2 years of not being indexed by search engines due to an accidental "noindex" entry in the header, this website is once again appearing in search results.

For those who just found the site, here is a short summary:

• The latest stable Molflow is 2.8+, you find it in the downloads page
• There is a beta version, 2.9+, which has a command line interface whose description is here. It is much faster in collapsing geometries and for using the "Smart Select" option. If you use it, we welcome feedback or bug reports.
