On a user request, Molflow+ has a new tool that allows to cut away one half of the geometry to see inside models.

The feature will be shipped with Molflow 2.9.17 beta before Friday, 27 Oct 2023, or download pre-release here.
It is available in the View menu, and also through the "view settings" panel through the  button.

• It is for rendering only, it does not modify the geometry
• The cross-sections can be saved and recalled with the View->Save view option
• These saved views (and cross-section) are saved with the file
• The scrollbar can be fine-adjusted with the mouse wheel
