Bugfix
- Geo7z files can be saved again (since ver. 2.6.32 compression failed)
- Geo7z file textures can be loaded again (since ver. 2.6.27 it corrupted memory)
- All subprocesses write hits to shared memory on simulation pause (previously some timed out)
