There is not option to hide the vectors / structures of the vertices completeley. This is useful e.g. if a texture plot is used because the texture is partly hidden behind the gray lines of the structure.
Until I add this option, you can hide unwanted features by selecting facets to hide -> in the advanced facet parameters window, you can disable volume rendering -> that way only selected facets will be rendered:
